I visited the branch at College Square on 25 April 2018 at 16H25, with a WiFi problem. There were 7 staff on duty. They were all chatting very loud to each other and laughing. One of them were eating wine gums and another was chewing, chewing gum. The person who helped me kept on asking the one next to him, what to do. When he saw another client next to me, he started chatting to this client. I asked him whether he is still helping me or what. He said this is also a client. I had to tell him to please finish helping me. I waited 45 min, and he could not solve my problem. He said an It person will get back to me in 72 hours. Until now nobody has contacted me. The staff have no customer service at all. It looked like a circus. I hope someone will check the CCTV footage to see what is going on in that shop.

absolutely terrible, you can never get hold of these people on a telelphone, this is TELKOM, people who runs all phone lines but they cant answer a phone... I have been trying to contact this branch for 6hours almost nonstop coz i cannot get out of the office and still, here i am still left with all my questions because they refuse to answer calls...absolutely terrible
