Debt Counselling is part of the National Credit Act (NCA) giving consumers the right to approach a Debt Counsellor to negotiate lower monthly instalments with your Credit Providers.

The Act forces Credit Providers to comply by making it a Court Process where a Magistrate may force a decision in this regard.

All credit agreements are subject to this Act, which means Bonds, Vehicles, Credit Cards, Hire Purchase, Personal loans, clothing accounts ect, all form part of the process.
