In 2016 and 2017, OPENCOLLAB supported the Wits ‘game plan’ to stabilise and improve the Wits-e platform. The OPENCOLLAB team assisted in identifying issues which were destabilising Wits-e, developed strategies for addressing these issues, and implemented practical solutions. The team worked with us as partners, providing insight, expert knowledge, and advice on how to manage processes. With their help, we successfully implemented the ‘game plan’, and dramatically improved the stability and functionality of Wits-e. We will continue to draw on their expertise as we -develop and enhance the platform.
