We are a jhb based company that spescializes in sports conditioning, fitness training, corporate wellness, gym design and set-up as well as equipment manufacturing. Some of our key accounts include Clientele Ltd, Karan beef and the Caveleros group.

Currently the Training Science Conditioning Academy runs about 35 sportsmen across different types of sport, from school level to national representative level as well as international professional athletes.
