Alleysway is not just a gym, its a family. Located in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. It has become a second home to the members and staff who frequent and work there. From humble beginnings Vic and Irene Alley who are both competitive and professional athletes and coaches wanted to provide an environment in which to work, train and share their extensive knowledge and expertise with people. Their aim was to create a healthier lifestyle for people and a fitness centre that members from all walks of life would feel comfortable and happy in.  Alleysway now has an array of world class Coaches and Personal Trainers. Our members range from world class athletes to the humble business man and woman, but make mistake its one big happy family.
