Good day, I would not recommend your radiology department to anyone! I asked for a quotation on the procedures & received 3 prices of the same amount from 3 different people 2 of whom two had my medical aid card it their hand. When I had to pay it was a completely different price. When I queried it the guy just shrugged his shoulders & informed me that it is because i am on medical aid. This is very unprofessional & unethical of your staff. Secondly, they submit the claim to discovery for a second payment & do not stipulate that I have already paid on the invoice so Discovery now have to reverse your fraudulent claim to pay me out. This is absolutely unethical & I will inform every Drs surgery & person I come into contact with, not to utilise your facilities nor recommend patients to you! You seriously need to train your staff as they are incompetent to say the least, if you call any other hospital they actually ask if you are on a medical aid & quote you accordingly.
