The Collins English Dictionary describes the meaning of the word dream as being  "an imaginary series of events that you experience in your mind while you are asleep". Well, my dream was not just imaginary; it actually brought to life another word, namely imagery, conjuring up pretty designs printed on beautiful fabric for decoration and furnishing - scrumptious fabric prints on textiles. I always wanted to design prints on cushions, table cloth, sets & runners. Finally, my dream has come true.My passion for fabric prints actually started last year when I searched for a textile for an exterior decor that would accentuate my garden furniture. Driving from one shop to another, I could not find the ideal fabric to suit my taste, except exorbitantly expensive textiles. Disappointed as I was, and with my mind in overdrive, it suddenly dawned upon me that I should take a bold step and do my own thing. "Why not? You can do it," I said to myself, and that's when creativity stepped in.
