  Our Mission is all about helping people in the local community achieve their lifestyle goals through an amazing concept called a Healthy Active Lifestyle. We are looking to expand all over the South Africa and beyond with our Vision to directly help 2000 people in the South Africa. We do this using a 4 pillar approach known as our BeCEEN philosophy.... of COMMUNITY, EDUCATION, EXERCISE & NUTRITION. Community: We have this amazing community support structure that helps our members stay consistent and reach their goals. Because people make friends and get to know all the other healthy active lifestyle participants, it not only encourages participation but also creates accountability. We have a lot of different activities and incentives to engage our members. We have recently rolled out our Ambassador programme which has many people excited to participate and invite others. This combination is unique to us and is helping so many people get into the best shape of their lives because we optimise their nutrition and workout regimes whilst educating and socialising so their results are turbo charged. Education: We find that people often make poor dietary & exercise decisions simply because they don’t realise the impact or are unaware of a smarter way. We provide free education, coaching & support for ALL nutritional requirements and we educate our members so that they are equipped and empowered to make better choices in the marketplace. Exercise: We are launching our 24FIT BOOT CAMP - the very first of its kind on the beach in Strand, Helderberg. We encourage EVERYONE in our community to GET FIT & HEALTHY and LEARN in a FUN & FRIENDLY environment. Nutrition: We show people how they can keep their body in a fat burning zone all day whilst supporting their lean muscle and immune system and maximising their fitness/exercise workouts and we provide scientifically formulated meal plans that are custom fit for each person to help them reach their Level 10 best.   Every new member does a Wellness Evaluation and Body Analysis (also referred to as a Wellness Profile). This is mandatory and to be conducted as soon as possible after you begin. (Your body will change SO rapidly that you'll want to be able to track your progression :) We run our Boot Camp sessions every Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 5:50am for a 6am start. They run until 6:55 The Nutrition component is 80% of our philosophy for showcasing a HEALTHY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE, so Nutrition will always be available for you to purchase which includes a pre- & during-workout CR7 DRIVE Hypotonic Drink for Hydration & Endurance* @ R13 each and a post-workout Recovery Protein Bar @ R15 each. **Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise and contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged exercise.
