BallistixFitness offers the Crossfit program, which is based on constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensities. It is a strength and conditioning program that covers all 3 metabolic systems and all 10 major aspects of fitness (namely; endurance, strength, speed, stamina, power, balance, coordination, accuracy, agility and flexibility).In essence, it is a program that develops a fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. Preparing the body to perform at any random task, activity or sport.We are developing individuals to perform and most importantly, look like athletes. Our training is a reflection of that. If you want to look like a bodybuilder, train like one. If you want to look athletic, well defined, low body fat, well proportioned and injury resistant, then take a closer look at how we are achieving that.It is designed to elicit an internal motivation far greater than training by oneself and even one-on-one with a personal trainer. This is achieved in our small group training sessions. This leads to greater output and even better results.
