Watamu - African Curio Wholesalers are based in Cape Town, South Africa and supply African curios from all over Africa from countries such as Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Mozambique and South Africa

Started in 1995, we travelled through southern and east Africa setting up groups of local craft people whose livelihood depended on carving and crafting with wood, sisal, palm etc. 'Through doing this we have established groups making , by hand, 80% of our range of products. These groups have become a very important part of our business and have greatly benefited themselves in creating jobs and wealth. Our areas of concentration are Swaziland, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
