At Walthers we are passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility. Giving back to the often underprivileged communities that surround the hotels, lodges and attractions we visit is of immense importance to us. We are not necessarily talking about cash donations. Many of our clients have taken time to assist with a few hours of interaction with Africa’s friendly people. Painting a classroom, refurbishing a playground or enjoying a paid for meal in someone’s home are merely a few examples of how our clients, through contributing, have learnt about different cultures. In some cases the interaction has resulted in meaningful friendships that are the highlight of their stay.
