I have a brake shudder on my Polo 1.6 sedan Tip for almost a year. Barons VW Dbn tried their utmost to resolve the issue and further spoke to manufacturer for assistance. The manufacturer kept on requesting barons to change the same parts for more than 3 times. The vw customer care division is the most inexperience dept and useless. They have now close the request pending VW representative finding a fix. I am disappointing that VWSA cannot find a fix for my vehicle. The VWSA representative is schedule to meeting on the 31/07/2017 at barons dbn. I am not prepare to speak to the customer care dept and now requesting to speak to management of VWSA.

I am so disappointed in VW. I have an Maintenance plan on my VW polo vivo maxx. My brakes need to be replaced and they want to charge me R4000. I phoned customer care 10 days ago and they still cant tell me what is going to happen. I will not pay to get it fixed as I pay my maintenance plan every single month. And now my car is standing at home and I need to get lifts every where and my kids have to wait at school until I can get a lift to fetch them.

im shocked at the service i am receiving from vw.. they have had my car for over 2 weeks to fix, they refuse to give me a courtesy car and nobody bothers to contact me to give feedback. super dissapointed
