Be aware that some Montessori training organisations are claiming to have international accreditation. It is therefore important that you check the authenticity of their claims. When enrolling on a Montessori Teacher Training Programme, ensure that you verify the courses claims to accreditation. The College Of Modern Montessori is the ONLY Montessori Teacher Training Institution in South Africa to be internationally accredited by an independent accreditation board: MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education).
