These people steal your money then wrecks your car. Then want to pay you peanuts and convince you the car cant be repaired, when it was perfectly fine when told to collect it. Stay away from them they are criminals.

Pathetic service and technical ability, had vehicle for 3 months and its still not working (Simple steering rack). Steering not aligned and several serve scratches all over vehicle (Which are not on the original photos they took) refuse to repair, simply say they dont know how they got there. Further they have not been able to align the steering yet were more than happy to take payment. Eventually took the vehicle to another agent to be repaired. (AT A FRACTION OF THE COST) Avoid if you can, Telesure should look for an alternate vendor. Never seen a good remark for them.

The worst panel beaters I ever worked with. Unprofessional and poor service. Poor administration. Their turnaround time is 15 days..I waited 3 months and my vehicle is still not to my satisfaction. Think twice before you use this panel beater in Sandton Gauteng. A total rip-off
