I come to mtn morning side with a query and spoke to Mbali Mhlanga who also advised me to send her an email regarding my query. She has not bothered to give me a feedback even after following up with 3 emails. Very bad service

PLEASE HELP!!! I am so frustrated!! Your MTN Morningside Branch is extremely unhelpful. Firstly the phone never get answered (number taken off the website). I have dealt with two of the staff before and have their email address which I then send through an email with a request or a query. They read my email but never respond. I then have to phone them on their cell phones and they then make empty promises but do not follow through. This is not the first time that I have had problems with the staff following through finalising a promise or an application issue and this is just frustrating. I made contact with Mbali of the Morningside Branch in regard to a pre-order query of the Huwai P10 for my daughter as she would like to pre-order the phone and also information to then port her number across from Cell C to MTN which is no longer in contract. Mbali has promised me now three times that she will send through the application form for completion but she never does!!!

Your Morning side service centre NEVER answer their phone and NEVER contact their clients waiting to hear if the contract extension is granted. Phinda the branch manager as bad as his staff that is also racist!!!!! Do something please.

Your receptionist at your `flagship' store Morningside is extremely rude. She needs training on basic telephone etiquette. its a pity as I have now decided never use Mtn or recommend anyone based on that call. On top of that she dropped my call. Well done MTN you the best in customer non- service.

I've been trying to call MTN for about a week now ever since the strike has been said to have ended and I still cannot get hold of them. I've never seen such bad services. I will not eve again buy a phone with their SIM card

If you have a telephone number for your customers to call then you should answer the phone. I tried the whole morning to talk to someone but the call was cancelled after making a selection for sales. C'mon MTN not even your sales desk works!

Terrible service. I called 0118089000 four times - to be put through to the Blackberry Desk - but was told that the service is not available. Desperate to locate my lost Blackberry.
