Hatfield Volkswagen (Bryanston) Unclaimed

I recently decided to buy a preowned VW and went to our closest branch in Bryanston. The first salesperson (Jean) I met had very little idea of what they had in stock, the prices for available models etc - had to constantly ask other people / check stock sheet / struggle for 15 mins finding keys. I gave him my trade-in details for him to call me with offer, which never happened. I went through a second time to ask for specific model on their website - even though on stock sheet it was sold days ago - apparently the guy responsible for updating lists are on leave. Jean promised to phone 1/2 hour later with offer, only the next day he says they will offer an amount that was 25k less than other dealerships. The other sales agents were very unprofessional as well, answering in very short answers, standing outside smoking. I can't believe that this is the manner they conduct business. I'm very happy I ended up buying elsewhere. I really suggest going to Sandton / Fourways rather than here.
