I’m a registered Clinical Psychologist working with a wide variety of difficulties which impacts negatively on an individual’s well-being. I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans.Both therapeutic and assessment services are available. Therapy may address problems such as, but not limited to, bereavement/ grief; depression; anxiety; traumatic life experiences; self-esteem and self-worth; couples counselling; pre-marital counselling; stress and burnout; conflict management; behavioural concerns; and OCD. I also have a special interest in academic assessments to determine the origin of concentration difficulties (ADHD and ADD). I’m also proficient in presentations; workshops; and soft-skill development.
