i have applied for WIFI on the 19 May 2015, and i was told that in the next two to three days i will receive an sms from the technicians,,,,,up to now nothing has happened.

DOESNT MATTER HOW MANY TIMES AT DIFFERENT HOURS I PHONED,NEVER WAS THE PHONE ANSWERED!!! YOU SENT MY TABLET FOR REPAIRS,A QUOTE CAME BACK BY SMS AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME,HA-HA AND THE QUOTE IS ONLY VALID FOR 7 DAYS.LET ME KNOW WHERE THE TABLET IS SO I CAN GO AND FETCH IT AND TAKE IT TO SOMEONE RELIABLE TO FIX IT.

Same thing, can't get hold of them. They only publicly advertise their fax number. Seems like they are trying to hide their phone number, and if you do get hold of it, they won't answer. Can we expect anything more from Telkom...?
