They actually deserve a zero. The driver had to deliver a parcel. He called me for directions which I'd given to him. I had to walk a distance to where I told him to wait for me. He was not there. I called him to ask if he perhaps got lost. He yelled at me because I didn't answer my phone immediately when he called me!!!! Unbelievable!!! He kept yelling at me and didn't want to listen to me when I was trying to explain to him that he must have been at the wrong place. He refused to bring my parcel, yelled again and put the phone down. I have never in my life experienced such rude behaviour from a courier service! Shocking!

Worst delivery service ever. My parcel was shipped for delivery on the 11th of nov and the delivery date on the tracking states 16th of Nov and on the 18th they said I will get my parcel today the 19th I still don't have it and when I phoned they say sorry we don't deliver om Saturdays. We will see if we can deliver on Monday. That means my parcel will be 6 days late. This is the worst service ever.

I just want to give DPD laser Rustenburg branch a big thank you for helping me with my parcel delivery. Especially Charlize at the Rustenburg branch. She is amazing and went the extra mile to help me recover my parcel. I have been waited for my parcel from DPD laser Pretoria from the 08 Sept 2022 and it is the 26 Sept 2022 today. Charlize went out of her way to get the parcel on my route and it is not even her area. Thank you so much for excellent service Charlize!!! Hope you get well rewarded for your hard work!!
