Terribly rude and unhelpful. Waiting on a parcel for 5 days and on holiday. Got a call in the morning to ask my location, I called back and was rudely told the parcel will go back to Jhb. I waited till 13h40 to call back myself and got told this. Wasted the entire morning waiting for nothing.
