DE Watercare Solutions came into existence as a result of the restructuring of the long established B&I Watercare in 2010. This restructuring entailed the separation of the mining, industrial and commercial divisions and registering them as independent companies, still operating side by side in the same premises. The purpose being to achieve more effective customer focused service and technical support. The company encompasses all facets of water treatment, supplying products and services to water users. The formulated products incorporate proven water treatment technologies to cover the wide range of end user applications. Where appropriate, application specific formulations are developed for our customers. Watercare Solutions is staffed by people who have many years of experience in the water treatment industry. We are committed to meaningful on site service to ensure optimal energy and water savings for our customers. New technology is sourced both locally and abroad. Our raw material suppliers represent major manufacturing conglomerates overseas, each with their own R & D departments. They also keep us abreast with new developments. All products are toll manufactured to I.S.O. 9001 - 2000 which ensures uniformity of quality. Watercare Solutions equipment division complements the range of chemical products, enabling us to provide accurate dosing, monitoring, management of cooling water systems and boilers, pre-treatment of boiler feedwaters, effluent plant dosage and control.
