DIVORCE CLINIC CC was established during February 2000. Divorce Clinic's main goal is to provide professional and affordable services to the broad public, mainly in the areas of Johannesburg and surrounds and Pretoria and surrounds. The services of Divorce Clinic, during the 11 years of it's existence, includes advice and assistance with;   the legal process of finalising a divorce including division of estates, care of-, contact with- and maintenance for minor children, the development of Parenting Plans in terms of the Children's Act 38 of 2005, Settlement Agreements, negotiation and/or mediation between conflicting parties enabeling them to obtain an agreement in a non-adversarial manner. Divorce Clinic strives to preserve relationships by assisting family members to function effectively pre- during- and post separation and/or divorce.  Divorce Clinic furthermore endeavours to limit the traumatic time of emotional confusion impacting on the present- and future reconstructed family.
