Regulations 2, 8(4) and Form NGB 1/1 and Form NGB 1/2 amends the said sections and Forms to provide for, Inter alia acceptance of digital photos; Capturing of the exclusions forms by the National Gambling Board; The need to provide for internal control measures by Provincial Licensing Authorities to enforce exclusions measures; The time period within which gambling machines must be re-certified; To provide for the correct address of the NGB on the NGB 1/1 and NGB 1/2 forms; Provide for the correct address of the NGB on the NGB 1/1 and NGB 1/2 forms; Regulation 2 deals with excluded persons and Regulation 8(4) deals with re-certification of gambling machines and devices.
