Have been trying since early this morning to get hold of them , they either dont answer the phone or put you on hold , the message says - Please leave your mane and number and and agent will get back to you , follow the instructions and it cuts you off. Eventually got throught o them they have no IDEA how to help a person and dont have the Pretoria Hub number available - again 5 calls today from the UK , each longer than 2.5 minutes , I wonder if they will refund the cost in time and trouble? I STILL have no Idea when the parcel that was dispatched on the 31st July will reach my Daughter. VERY Frustrating.
