Do not bother using this business. We were quoted R1250 to install our explora 2 and after installation, the price suddenly rose to over R1500. Called to dispute and John screamed and shouted at us to find somebody else. After we asked the technician to remove the installation, the price suddenly dropped to the quoted price. They wanted to charge us R750 for the smart lnb after initially quoting us R500. Really bad experience. It's thieves and fraudsters like this that give honest small business owners a terrible reputation.
