Platoon Outdoor Fitness is a result-driven outdoor fitness conditioning programme. The programme is designed to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals such as weight loss, increase in muscular strength, increase cardiovascular fitness,reduce stress, increase energy, build confidence and build new friendships.The outdoor fitness programmes runs for 4 weeks, Monday to Friday for 60 minute duration. The programmes are held at the CBC old boys grounds in Pretoria. Daily activities include: Resistance training, endurance and interval training, balancing, flexibility and core training, and body and mind training.3 time slots: 06:00, 07:30 and 17:30Platoon also offers personal training sessions at your home or at CBC Old Boys Club.The programme is focused on achieving your specific goal.
