NightOwl Photography is a family owned business, Managed by, Chris & Tarryn Fourie, as well as their cousin, Roelof Bezuidenhout. Chris & Tarryn Fourie started their Wildlife photography career in 2005. Quickly branching out to Weddings, portraits as well as other areas of photography. Their wildlife expeditions awoke a yearning for more adventurous travels and they joined Princess cruises as Staff Photographers in 2008. This allowed them to pursue their dream of travelling while still enjoying their passion for photography. In 2009 they discovered the amazing full HD filming potential of the Canon 5D MkII and quickly expanded their experience into the filming sector, focusing on Weddings and the Travel & Tourism industry. Having filmed & photographed on 5 continents and numerous islands they are living 'The Dream'. Chris is also a certified trainer, providing Photography courses to Amateur and Professionals alike. Roelof Bezuidenhout has more than 10 years experience in the Television and Video Industry. With his Honours Degree in Business Communication, he has worked on Agricultural and Tourism television programmes, and for the past 6 years he has been travelling the world making short, documentary-style videos in more than 45 countries and on 6 continents. Roelof has produced countless wedding videos, he has interviewed 100’s of people from all walks of life, including politicians and famous artists, and he has recently branched out into the field of music videos. He has also written articles and news reports for numerous magazines and newspapers in South Africa. Roelof is passionate about Media and Travel, and he is lucky to have a career that combines both. We use Professional Canon Digital SLR bodies and L-Series Canon lenses to offer our clients the best quality available up to a resolution of 21 Mega Pixels. We're also registered with "Canon Professional Services" for the best in equipment back up services. We shoot on location for exotic scenes or offer a fully mobile studio for studio work at your preferred location.
