Madibri is a wholesale business that grows Protea & Erica plants for the Nursery & Cutflower and Landscape market. The business started 13 years ago as a cutflower business for the local & export market. We have 24 Leucadendron , 8 Leucospermum, +50 Protea and +50 Erica spp. and cultivars available !!! The business takes place on 3 farms in the Cullinan area. Madibri produce superior protea plants adapted for gauteng highveld conditions. Plants are available for the public through known nursery's in Gauteng like (Kilnerpark Nursery 0123334847) and many others also in Mpumalanga.

Nico and Tersia Thuynsma started Madibri in 1997 as a cut flower farm in the district of Cullinan. A nursery of fynbos plants developed from this. A unique collection of Erica is part of the nursery.
