awefull x 1000 does FNB have any staff that is willing to a call from a client. I had a general inquiry ... so I have phoned randomly all over the country any branch,and spent the best of an hour listening to the computer that every branch that I phoned have a high call volume and further more... should they pick up, they leave the phone on the hook I me listening to back rouns office nois. HOW can you help us FNB.... so simple Get someone, anyone to answer a phone.... so simple , the somple curtesy of answering a call like in the good old days?
