Be VERY cautious of Rudi Jacobs from ER Thatchers. He is the biggest liar I’ve ever encountered. He ran away with 70% of the money quoted for replacing the roof of my house. He has done less than 50% of the work. He hasn’t pay the subcontractors that worked on the project either and said I can try and sue him but he doesn’t have the money anymore and he is closing down his business. We’ve heard from different people that this is his modus operandi for many years already. He tells people he is going bankrupt and then they feel sorry for him and don’t try to recover their money. Meanwhile he carries on taking new jobs only to use the same tactics over and over again.
