I am very disappointed at the service I got at your office yesterday. I would really like to get some answers. I took my baby for sonar and my baby soiled himself before we could start with the sonar. When I asked for a room to change his nappy I was told to use the toilet outside. I had to change my sick baby on the toilet floor that does not have facilities for babies. I mean I was at a hospital, now my baby has an eye infection which I don't know where he picked up. I am really disappointed and would really like a feedback from the management of that unit.
