As a little girl Antoinette already helped in the kennel, and for the past fifteen years has been involved full time as a manager. Her duties include looking after the animals and she welcomes them personally on arrival. Antoinette and Mrs Wieske van Zyl feed and handle the dogs themselves and know all the dogs by their names. The animals therefore trust them.
