We specialize in a range of speciality whole grain, country style and smooth mustard products; which are free of MSG, preservatives and flavorants. We use several blends of black and yellow mustard products, which are formulated to different textures. Various degrees of pungency are achieved though a range of infusants (e.g. vinegars, beer, port and wine). Amonst most popular flavours are "Whole Mustard with Nuts", "Honey, Sun-dried tomatoe and Chardonnay", crunchy "Black Pepper"  and "Mustard with Chilis".
