I am really disappointed in the management of this branch. I was there on Tuesday to apply for a credit card and since then the person who assisted me promised everyday to contact me of which I never heard of. The person who calls herself a manager told me that the person who assisted me should help walk in customers fist therefore ìt is impossible for me to speak to the consultant as I need to come into the branch if I would like assistance from the consultant who promised to phone me since Tuesday. When I phoned the bank, they pick ul the phone and put the handset next to the phone untill they left. This services i received was of the worst ever!!!
