dont answer phones nowhere to ask questions as YOU decided to close the Jeffreysbay shop we now have to travel to Port elizabeth to TRY AND FIND SERVICE

Phones just rings and rings - where are you?

It seems the very first thing that Telkom's affirmative action appointed employees are taught is not to answer any phone calls. I phoned all their branches in Port Elizabeth today 2016/05/24 and nobody bothered to answer a phone. How damn disgusting!

Seriously, does Telkom still exist! Have been phoning every available number at every branch in PE. It just rings and rings and finally goes dead.

Cant get hold of Telkom for two days. Are you still open. Seriously poor service.

Service is non existent. Have been trying to get hold of Telkom from 08:30 until 11:30. No answer at any of the numbers listed in Port Elizabeth.

For a major supplier to get rid of front stores, the only real help subscribers enjoyed, is pathetic and some manager needs to go back to school

I am not surprised with all the bad reviews here. I am not sure if any of them at Walmer Park Telkom are reading coz if by tomorrow they still don't resolve the problem with my internet, which I had paid for since last week Wednesday, I shall be last customers they'd wish they never had. What kind of establishment are this people running? I have been to their Walmer Park Office twice, after paying 1100 Rands for my Internet. I am writing this review in advance to the chaos I'll be causing at their office tomorrow.

I applied for a cellphone contract Sunday. Was told the system went off. I went to the offices the next day, nothing happened ....was told that I will be phoned....Three days later and still I have not heard from Telkom. This is extremely poor service!! At other shops you get your cellphone/.... immediately! Can somebody give attention to the application please? This should not take so long.

I have been trying to phone you from 8:30 to 10:25. There is no answer and your phones just rings continuously. VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
