Woooowu what a useless customer care3 number. it rang, was put on hold and just got disconnected . totally useless

I tried to call your useless number, but with no luck. think you need to up your game.

i was put on hold for 15minutes and then the phone call was simply disconnected. tried the national office which was even worse. the website is even worse!!! these people dont know what theyre doing
