Good afternoon, last week Saturday on the 31 March 2018 I bought a phone Nokia N3 But on Wednesday This week I've notice that the speaker of the phone isn't clear the person from other side can't hear me properly. But the problem now I'm in Bhisho and I don't have the papers with me

I have applied for an account at markhams almost two months ago.. and I haven't heard anything from you people.. no emails , no phone calls not even an sms .. I think it's just common courtesy to at least keep someone up to date with whats going on. and every time I try to phone you people the phones are either engaged or just ringing. very poor service if you ask me.
