IITMS is a national company based in Port Elizabeth (South Africa) IITMS was established in 1988 as a consulting business We entered the IT industry in 2003, focusing on the development of Total Solution Management systems, satisfying the needs of all levels of management, quality auditors, customer auditors, shareholders and secures a very fast cycle of continuous improvement We offer training where learners are focusing on their real performance and performance barriers, and we are in the position to assess what impact the application of their skills have on performance, real value adding training A prerequisite is that the management system should be focused, and we need to cross the barriers between e.g. Quality Management Systems and the management systems really used to manage our businesses
