GMS is a division of Top Draw Healthcare (Pty) Limited, an empowered South African BBEEE healthcare supply company.
We operate in the following Sectors:

Medical Surgical distribution.
Manufacturing of medical devices.
Inhouse sterilization.
Medical Equipment.

In March 2004, in line with the company’s empowerment vision, the business and assets were sold to a NewCo; Top Draw Healthcare (Pty) Limited, 70% of which is held by Top Draw Holdings (a 100% black owned Company). This transaction was funded by the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa, and the remaining 30% acquired on 31st May 2006 was self funded. Top Draw Healthcare is now a 100% subsidiary of Top Draw Holdings (Pty) Limited. The successfully transferred knowledge and skills by the previous owners has allowed them to leave the company to pursue other interests outside of the Medical Industry.
Sello Mogopudi

The co-founder of Top Draw Group of Companies and current Executive Chairman leads the strategic direction and development of the Group. The GMS acquisition is the initial part of the Business Plan, of which Sello has successfully diversified the business into all facets of healthcare. Having achieved this short-term goal, Sello is very keen to see the plan through to its full conclusion.
Dave Lones

B COMM, B COMPT has been the Financial Director and Secretary of the Company since 1998. Prior to this he consulted to the business as financial advisor. Dave has held various Group Financial Manager and Company Secretary positions at private and listed entities.
Mike Lindsell

Strategically consulted to the Top Draw group, helping to formulate the direction and delivering the strategy. He has had the benefit of 28 years of business experience, 23 of which were at board level. Mike manages the Supply Chain.
