worst service ever, the person who assited me captured my surname wrong and to date i have been receiving statements reflecting a defevtive surname. I am seriously considering terminating my relations with Vodacom

worst service ever from a Vodacom branch. staff incompetent . not friendly at all. keep you in the dark, not responding at all to calls. apply for contract. busy with us, called away by co-worker and gone for more than 15 min. that's bad,

I would like to be contacted by the manager, franchisee and I will take this up with the customer care line and headoffice of this branch!! I have been tricked, lied to and the poorest service with attitude and simply don't care behaviour from staff who are arrogant, unfriendly and most definitely know how to upset a customer!!

This is the worst vodacom branch ever!! Staff tell lies and DO NOT know anything about their work or what they are doing!!
