I went there on Saturday, had my hair blow-waved and GHD straight. I left the salon just before 11am, went straight home and by 12h30 my hair was frizzy, bushy and curly again. I went back to the salon to which the owner replied "you sat in the rain, my service is done, now leave" Firstly, I am not stupid enough to sit in the rain after having my hair done. I am a 37year old professional career woman. She insulted me and refused to pay or do anything about her mistake.
