My outside gate had been dragging on the floor since I moved in in April. After trying various solutions to fix it with a friend, we finally gave up and decided to ask for a professional’s help. I contacted Fix Forward between Christmas and New Year, right in the middle of the builders’ holidays, but they had someone available to assist a couple of days later.
