The attitude received from Mr Sphamandla Madlala at Mooi River Testing grounds is absolutely atrocious. He leaves the female learner drivers in tears with his abusive attitude towards them. I have spoken to numerous people that have been there and had him as their instructor, some complained of how he calls them stupid and tells them to wash their ears and listen the 1st time. This seems to be the way he treats the lady learners drivers. If u don't hear him & ask him to please repeat he tells you he does not repeat and you must listen the 1st time. What he needs to realize is that the learner drivers come to the testing ground for assistance and are extremely nervous already and then to be verbally abused and be told that you are stupid is way out of line. I went and did my test today and asked him to please repeat something and he told me to keep quiet as only he is allowed to talk, he said he talks once and doesn't repeat, so if you don't understand it's basically your own problem.

Department had no green forns to fill in. There were 3 customers. All tellers empty. I asked a cashier for a form. She yelled to Mr Ndlovu. After about 10 minutes he emerged and said there were no green forms - come back another day. I explained I had taken unpaid leave and needed to upgrade my lissnce card. Mr Ndovu handed me a bunch of keys and said to look for the forms myself in the storeroom. I asked for his superior. He replied this is his place, he reports to nobody and is not obliged to produce a green form. When I asked one of his subordinates for a contact from whom I can acquire a green form, there were 2 others needing it and suddenly he could produce a pile of green forms. Mr Ndlovu's attitude was abusive and completely unneccesary. I would appreciate feedback from this department. Furthermore, of 13 calls to the department to find out how much I owe, not one was answered. I noticed as well that Mr Ndlovu carried the same attitude to certain other customers as well

Is it the law u working with if u cought a person driving taxi without carryng a pdp bt having a proof that i got it.claiming a bribe for R500 knowing that i got cash in my pocket because im coming from port shepstone

Such a pleasant experience renewing my drivers license at the new Mooi River traffic department. The staff were helpful, friendly and organised. Definitely pleased with the service I received. Thank you and well done!

Shocking service. 1 person behind the glass too busy playing on her tablet. Not interested in helping anyone, people queuing but nothing happening. When we asked what the problem is, all we get is a shrug. All I needed was to collect my drivers license-no computer needed. Nice new building, but staff are pathetic! No accountability what so ever!
