We bought an iphone charger from this store in June, it stopped working and we returned it to the same shop thrice without success. Most upsetting is that everytime we are told the manager is not there we must come when the manager is there. Really? what kind of client value proposition is that? Returns at Vodacom shops are now only done by Managers? Managers who are never in the store?
