Ryobi Service Centre Unclaimed

I've emailed these people from Ryobi Service in Milnerton and I dont hear anything from them regarding my Ryobi Scroll Saw that Im looking for a part (Blade tension part no 48 - looks like a bolt with a v shape to adjust the tension) so i can fix it and continue to work, I also requested them that Im deaf and they must respond either whatsapp or email. Please let me know the soonest

I am happy with Ryobi Tools but not the very high spares price.Replacement of the grind and polish stone/disk on a Ryobi mini bench grinder Model BG-120 costs more than a new grinder.
