The Company's Domestic Products division focuses on the production of components and sub-assemblies for other equipment manufacturer (OEMs), such as Defy and Whirlpool, in the durable consumer goods industry, automotive and leisure industry. Its Electrical division consists of Malesela Taihan Electric Cable (Pty) Limited (M-TEC) and LeBLANC CIH Lighting Structures (Pty) Limited (Lighting Structures). On September 1, 2009, it acquired a 51% interest in Lighting Structures.  I
