MS Fencing Claimed

I was put in contact with this fencing contractor MS Fencing through an online search and advert. Following a few meetings to discuss my fencing project and agree a quote and programme for the installation, I paid the 70% deposit by bank transfer as requested being R20,300 to Petrus Stander the owner of MS Fencing. They were due to start my job within the following 2 weeks. Subsequently and suddenly MS stated for no apparent reason they would not be able to supply and install my fence. This was 2 months ago now (March 2018). They have also not returned my deposit despite promising daily to do so. I am now fighting daily to get my money back for work they never did. MS Fencing have simply taken my R20,300 Not done my job and won't return my cash so frankly stolen my money. I would not recommend using this company MS Fencing or their owner Petrus Stander. He is a thief who has stolen my deposit and not done the job. BEWARE.
