i am kabelo from kakamas and i need more assitent on the case i have regarding misuse of trafic power in kakamas i been treated unfairly by a provencials of northern cape trafic department as they threaten to arest me for nothing and even took my licence just because i cannot speak AFRIKAANS the officer stopped me and speak his afrikaans language and as i could not hear him and request him to speak language i will undstand then he said something as like "jy vat gat" this is afrikaans speaking place how do i demand english from him please assist me i do not have the officers names but i took a vedio as they were refusing to give me licence and says if i do not speek afrikaans i must wait for 3 hour for the guy hu will come assist me in english

From 2016 on I do try to register a 1936 Model Hillman car. Trafic dDepartment got it on record been registered in 1. 1. 1034 ! Even to a person with fake ID. I did bougth it from some one but unitl datum not roadworthy. Even all requirements and clearances been done..
