ZHD is the first dedicated Light Steel Frame (LSF) and Architectural (ARCH) design studio in South Africa.With extensive  experience with projects ranging from affordable housing units to mid rise residential, high end residential, commercial and industrial designs, we are able to service every sector in the South African building industry.ZHD has also completed LSF and ARCH designs further afield with projects in Mozambique, Democratic Republic of Congo, Botswana and Zambia.Over and above our private sector client base, ZHD is the contracted design studio for one of the 3 largest LSF manufacturers in South Africa, whom in turn service several of the largest LSF construction companies in Africa.ZHD is able to service the client in an array of software packages.LSF Design packages include: Scottruss, FrameCAD and Solid Edge.ARCH design packages include:AutoCAD, Chief Architect and Rivet.
