What should have been a lovely Fathersday, turned out to be our worst nightmare!!! Loud music, getting the order totally wrong, poor service. At the end the manager gave one of the starters on the house. This is the only restaurant we visit in Kempton Prk, but never again.

Was so dissapointed with their treatment of my disabled husband today. It started raining whilst we were eating there and they simply closed all the access points to the disabled parking and ramp. Forcing my husband to walk a long distance on a wet veranda and then he slipped and fell when trying to get down the step from the veranda. None of the waiters from Ocean Basket assisted. Only two assistants from a Pizza Hut rushed to our rescue and helped us to the car. Thank you ladies. When I complained to the manager of OB he did take the matter seriously and did not even attempt to come out and check on my husband who sat hurt and soaking wet in the car.

The managers are racist towards people of colour. The waiters on the other hand do an excellent job!
